I don't have insert rights in my .mdb When I configure an access datasource in asp.net 2.0 using nwind, I can generate select, edit, delete and insert rights. When I use my own .mdb I can configure all but my insert rights.

How does one hash passwords to when using a table for user names/passwords instead of built-in Access security? This is, of course, to hide them from anyone clever enough to simply link to the Users table.
