My ex-husband is the administrator on the computer that I have. He has a
password on it, but does not remember it. Is there a way to get into the
system and get access to the admin. without knowing that password by
overriding something? I am unable to do anything on the computer ...

I 'm the administrator of a created a database. In order to share the

I am using wizard to secure a db. I am on Step 27 of Joan Wild's "Access
2002/2003 Security Step by Step". I choose the second option of 'Select a
group and assign users to the group'. In the drop down menu, I see 'Admins'
but I dont see 'Users' at all. I would have expected ...

After the Installation of a MDE Runtime (A2K) on a station having Access97
installed, there are 2 error messages.
- Workgroup Administrator couldn't create the workgoup information file. ..

I created user and group accounts using Tools-Security-User group accounts. I
also changed the password of 'Admin' user.
But when I open a database that I am trying to secure, it doesn't prompt me
for a username and a password?

I added user defined security using the option under tools and security.  Now
that I know what it does, I know it will not work for me.  I created a backup
before doing the security update, and even that copy requires a password.  
Can I remove the security I added?
