Would it be possible to keep the database window hidden with code, when opening a database, and make an .mde file so user of an unsecured database cannot work with tables or queries?

I put some security settings on my database and now when I open it it tells me i havent got permission to open it! Can I remove the database or restore the unsecured .bak version of the database?

I have setup users and permissions but I can't see how they are implamented. Whenever I open the database it just opens in Admin mode. How do I get it to open in one of the restricted user modes?
