I'm trying to refresh the links to a secured database from an unsecured
database - the connect seems ok but the refreshlinks fails with a '3219
Invalid operation' message. The code to refresh is:
   tdf.Connect = ";DATABASE=" & StrPath & ";UID=eTimeIndo;PWD=XcnsDio79p"
I used to be able to alt-tab between Excel workbooks in one sessi.05 Apr 2005 22:25 GMT2
For some reason, when I crashed out of Excel one time, I lost the capability
of toggling between workbooks in one Excel session.  I can still do this for
powerpoint, word, etc, but cannot for excel.  It's very frustrating becuase I
used this feature quite often.

Would it be wise to put in code upon start up, that if the CurrentUser() =
'Admin' then give user a message that they are using the wrong workgroup
file and need to change to a proper workgroup file, then quit the system?
If I were to do this, then I could possibly get locked out ...

I copied and pasted the code from the above knowledge base article exactly
as instructed with the exception of the SecurityCode Module.  I already had
a module that held other security code so I pasted that code into the
existing security module name ...

I created a user ID through the Security Wizard, but know I want to take it
off and be able to run access without the Logon. how can I take it off? I

I have developed a database in MS Access (XP version) by creating a new
workgroup file. Since we cant remove default admin group of the Access
therefore i created another member of this Admin Group with full privileges.

Instead of creating a seperate mdw for my db I made the mistake of making
the security file apply to all db on my computer.  Is there a way to undo
this security setting and instead create a sepearte mdw file for the specific
