Hi all, hope this is the right group to post this! When i try to open my .mdb database i get this message: Records cannot be read; no read permission on 'MSysAccessObjects' Anyone got any ideas on how i can open the database. I have tried

It seems that the the latest security fix to JET 4.0 has prevented me from doing INSERT or UPDATE I am using the example from the ADO tutorial by w3schools at http://www.w3schools.com/ado/ado_add.asp

After adding some new objects to a secured db, I find that the order in which objects (like forms) are listed in the permissions dialog is no longer alpha. The new items are all piled up at the end of the list. I've decompiled and all of that sort of thing and nothing has helped ...

We are using a Microsoft Access 2003 project connected to a SQL Server 2000 back end. It is multi-user, about 5 users have their own copies of the .adp and they all have rights to add and edit data. Al of the .adp projects are connected to the same SQL Server back end.

I was trying to set up a workgroup and now I can't seem to get into any of my databases. None of my passwords work so I can't even login as an admin. Is there a way to delete all security settings? I really need help!!
