I would like to create secure databases, each database created linked with a separated mdw file. Thus I create a database named whatever.mdb with a corresponding whatever.mdw. I do not want to join an existing mdw but create it on the fly and add specific users.

I cannot apply any patch to Microsoft Office 2003 and I cannot even run a repair off the original upgrade CD. This is frustrating, in that I cannot apply any security patches.
