How do I let users have access to the results of querys while not letting
them view my query design.

I tried to remove a password from a database, in doing so i manged to create
a logon dialog box asking for user name and password for all the databases i
have.  We use a network and my colleague can access the databases, i can

Is there some way to turn off the security messages from Access and Word?
When my users open my application on 2003 they get a message saying that
.mdb's are dangerous and have to specify that they really, REALLY, do want to

I created a database, in use for many users on our network, all of them with

I'm dba for a new db (beta version) with User Level Security.  There is a
user who is working through this beta version who comes up with suggestions
for improvement, and/or logic errors.  The data tables sit on an SQL Server

I've been reading all this security stuff on how to secure a database and
have read about problems of the owner of the object, etc.  If I'm
understanding this correctly, when they are talking about the owner and it
having irrevocable rights so you don't want it to be the Admin, ...

I'm trying to open an MDB off my mapped drive file server and I keep
getting "open file security warning" are you sure you want to open
this, you might die warning.
How can I stop this prompt.  This is my db that I created and I trust
