I developed an application which runs on a shared network.
I chose not to set up "User" groups since the database is
stand alone, and user access is limited at the network
level.

I would like to keep someone from entering data into a
cell.  the cell has data that automatically pops into it
when an ID is entered, but they could over-write it ...

We have a third party application which is not supported
