I have two reports, for inventory purposes, based off of crosstab
queries. Each report is based off of a different table, but also each
deal with replacement costs for inventory. The crosstabs are set up so
I can see what the total replacement costs for items are each year.

I have a simple check box control in a report.  The field is setup within the
table as a yes/no checkbox.  It is visible on my report and in print preview,
but does not print.  How can I get it to print?

I am generating a report using access and then pulishing it to word. All the
data is shown in the report, but it is not all shown in the rtf... It is cut
short after one of the lines on the second page. Anyone know why this might
be happening?

We have some access reports that when we preview the report on some pc's,
only half of the report show up on the screen. On other pc's with the same
version of 2003 it shows up fine...for the same records???? anyone ever seen
that. I have tried different printers for the preview, ...

I am having a problem printing a report in access.  It is set up as a custom
label for name badges.  I have two text boxes one for name, one for Job Title
and an image control that changes depending on the organisation the
individual works for (company logo).

I have a tabbed form with a print control on it that will print a form letter
(a Report called letter), using fields from the form (e.g. name, address
etc.).
My tabs are linked sub-forms (by a primary key called ID),

On my report I have a sub report with a record source to a query that shows
records selected by date criteria, What I am trying to do is place a text
box on my Main report showing what data is in the first line if my records
in the sub Report

All of a sudden the Access report wizard "adjust field width so that all
fiels fit page" has stopped working.  Tried different databases and different
machines- still not working  Access 2003.  Any ideas?

I'm have a report where I need to place images in a Grouped Header. I'm using
