Having generated a report in Access, I can view the report perfectly in Access 2007 itself, but I can only export the Report as RTF. When I use the wizard to export the Report appears in RTF as Portrait and not Landscape and the Header styles and colouring do not appear the same, ...

I am using the following expression in a control source =[ClientDesignator] & "-" & [CatDesignator] & "-" & [FunctionDesignator] & "-" & [Version] When I run the report the data is correct but I would like the version to show up as 0001 instead of 1. Is there a way to do this?

I have a report based on a query. The query searches a within a database based on a specific word…let’s say for instance “repair”. When I get the report I would like to have highlighted the word that I used in my search criteria from the query.

The info in the subreports shiows when the report opns in preview mode, but when I try to export the report in Snapshot format, or any other format for that matter, the subreports don't export as well.

Any suggestions on how to print Jukebox title cards in MS Access. There are 4 cards per sheet. The width for each card is 4.375 inches. There may be 7 to 30 titles on a card. I tried using the Label page setup but I couldnt control the print for each card. HELP please.

My subreport does not display when I go to the report's report view. It shows in design view, i can even see the design of the subreport in design view but when i switch the report to report view it is blank. I'm probably forgetting something easy.

I have several sub reports in a report. Right now when there are a lot of records in a sub report it will run over the top of another sub report that is placed below it. How can I keep the spacing the same even when the report grows?

It would be really good to have 26 records display per page (or at least on 1 page) even if there are only 2 records. In other words, today I have 2 checks but I need 24 blank records after to make up the entire deposit slip. Someone mentioned a line method but I do not believe ...
