i wish to show date in report as "JUL" instead of "Jul" i can only do it by converting date to string first and report with ">" format type. is there another simple way to do it?

i have a report that lists duplicative records. at the end of report, i'd like to add the total number of "UNIQUE" or "Distinctive" records as well as the total number of records.

I have created report in ms access 2000. It has two sub reports. I am able to view the data in that report (Preview mode) The issue is whenever I send this report to a printer it wont + most of the time the printer get wiped!!!!!!!!!

I use the print button for a report and select the # of copies to something other than 1. The report is always being printed as 1 copy only. Any reason why?
