I have a report with NetAmount. Under NetAmount it contains numbers. Under the last number there is always a 0.00, how can I make this not show? Thanks Stephen

I have a report which is based on a table called tblStreetSweeping and has the fields (Date, TicketNo, Type & Weight). Each finacial year runs from April to March, the data in the table ranges from April 2006 to July 2007, in my query I have the formula SortMthNum:

When I run a report based on a query and there is no data to report the report states "error" in the body of the report. Is there a way for the report to say "nothing to report"? Or something else other than "error" When people see error they think something is wrong

In my report, I would like it to skip sorting on the main group, but sort everything based on the subgroup. Is this possible? The top group is called "Division." The subgroup is called "Unit." I want the whole report to sort only by the Unit.

In Office 2003 I was able to export an Access Report to Excel. However, I cannot find this feature in the 2007 version. Can someone help me do this in Access 2007? I would greatly appreciate your help.
