Where is the field list toolbar03 Jan 2007 04:27 GMT1
I have added fields to the table a report is built on that needs to be
updated. Help says "Click Refresh on the field list toolbar". I can't find
the field list toolbar.

I've followed instructions in the Microsoft Knowledge Base to create
subreports with concatenated fields that then plop the results into my main
report. It works beautifully but with one small problem. No matter where I
place the subreports - which are set to 0" high and 2" wide, ...

When I use my form to create a request for the information, I receive the
previouse information.  When I use it the second time, the correct
information comes up.

I run Access 2003.  I have a report that lists a pet owner and their
address in the name header, then lists multiple pets in the detail
section.  I am trying to list the pet owner's phone numbers in the name
header, but when I do this, it lists each pet the number of times that

I have a form that contains 5 different reports with command buttons"Print",
"Preview" and "Cancel"
Now everything is working fine only problem is when i select 1 report and say

I am faing issues with command button, I have a small window that pops up
when view reports option is selected from swicthboard.
Now in view report I have 5 different reports, I wld like to create 1 single
"Preview", "Print" and "Mail Report" command buttons for all the 5 reports.

I have a 4 page report.  They are follow up letters that go to certain
clients.  Often only 3 of the 4 pages need to be printed because of null
values in certain fields.  Is there a way to filter printing to only those
pages that have data and not print the blank "Null Value" pages.

I have a simple Table called tblCustomers and a field in there call Status.
The values of Status can only be A, B, C or left blank (null)
I have made a Pie Graph that shows the breakdown of the number of each Status.
the Report name I called 'rptCustomersStatusGraph'
