I need to print a report specifically an invoice in 5 copies and would like each copy to be identified as: 1. Original - 2. Budget control - etc.. I read many suggestions, but none seem to work for me. Can someboby help?

When I create a report in Access, we usually have our company name listed as the header. That name is "Fanning & Associates, Inc." I can type it in, but it isn't viewed or printed that way. It usually prints as "Fanning Associates, Inc."

I am trying to do a report for pre-printed template paper which is paper on a dot matrix printer. The paper is in duplicate to allow for multiple copies. The paper length is 21.6cm as opposed to 21cm for A4 landscape length.
