Hi is there a way that i can have an 2 separate iif formulas in an unbound
box and i want the second one to begin on a new line.
is there any coding that i can stick between the 2 to do this

I need to insert a character where posts are repeated in a form.  
My textbox is set to hideduplicates which works just  fine. But I would like
to insert a character on repeated line, like this.

I know when I'm using Word for a Mail Merge that it is possible to have both
fields NOT print if there is no data in them.
For instance the database has Address1 and Address2.  If one record DOES
have both then a '4 line' address will result.

In a report, is it possible to use different formats in the same textbox,
such as normal, bold and italic fonts.

Win Xp - Acces 2003 + Sp2.
I print an access report in a Epson dot matrix printer. By default its
prints in graphics mode (very, very slow), there is some way to print it y
text mode (like in DOS)?

I am trying to make a landscape report so that each record, whether it has
only one line or many will print 2 records per page . Record space would be ,
4.25" high and 5.5" wide, half of page for each record. Record max lines will
all fit on half of page.  I can't work out how to ...

I've got a report that multiplies items*price. I need the price carried
out to about 6 decimals.
Something like        6*$4.00643. No matter where I set the decimals
when I format either the price table or the control  or both Access

Can anyone tell me what is wrong with the following syntax.

I've tried it several ways with the [   ],s. I just doesn't return a
value even with one in the query. all return null

When I export my reports with Checkboxes to Excel, the Checkboxes do not
export.  The column is just blank.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have 'Query A' with a Service Area field (data is W, C, E for West, Central
or East).   I would like to remove the 'Like [W,C,E or *(for ALL)] statement

What is the easiest way to control  PAGE HEADER  printing ??
Is there a way to programatically control its appearence?
For example , I want to prevent PAGE HEADER on the last page of the report!

I have a report that I can preview first and then print.  In PREVIEW all of
the fields have data showing that is in the database, but when I print the
report some of the fields have data and others have #Name? in them instead of
the data.

I need to find a way to print an Access Report to a Plain Text File.  Using
the Printer Port "File" and the Generic/Text Only Printer screws the format
up way too much.  Is there another way?  Thanks!

First: How can I print only one record on a report.
Second: I have a invoice type report that I can not move the detail section
up any higher. I need it to move up to the above header.
