I have a query of pertinent data, I want to format 4 or 5 columns accross Portrait view using 6 and 8 font, bold and Italic. I have address1, address2, city, state, etc. How can I get address2 to "shrink" or "be invisible" if it doesn't apply?

Help! I have a Access 97 DB that was converted to Access 2003. For some reason, I am unable to view the Properties window in design view of the Report. I can view the properties for forms in this db but not for this report or any new report I create! What did I do?

Have a report that needs to be a column type report. The problem I have is that the first column that has names and labels needs to be 1" wider than the next three columns that contain the data. Is there anyway to set it up so the first column is wider than the others?
