I have a report and the users want to write on their own a period range they

I have a 20-page Access 2003 report.  Each page needs to go to a different
fax number.  How can I automate the faxing?  Can  I do a mail merge right
from Access?  I have tried sending the report to Word (rtf) to do the fax
merge there, but I loose all the formatting on my report ...

I'm working on a payroll database for a company the handles their pay-periods
as being the 1st-15th and then 16th to the end of the month.  This results in

i created a new report and based it on a tiny simple parameter query.
With nothing on the report i then slapped in a small chart...and i must say
the chart looks niiiiiiiice :-) ..but everytime i preview the report THREE
