I see that several others have posted similiar problems (often about logo's) not being exported from the Access convert to .RTF format. The standard answer is to use snapshot or pdf. That is fine for view, but not very helpful to allow someone to edit reports originally ...

Using Access 2003 and WinXP Pro. Have a database that tracks demographic data and basic info about clients. One text field stores client's first name. On two of the 107 records the first name no longer shows on screen forms or reports. It is still visible

I want to stop users from pressing the minimise and resore buttons on reports in my program. When they do this and then close the report the form window goes into restore mode which I call limbo as it is neither fully open or closed. Why does it do this and how can I stop it.
