My report shows me the number of cross sales by CSR and then the branch total
in the footer.  I can also see the total incentive pay by CSR but when I try
to total the pay in the footer by branch, it counts the rows.  I'm confused.  
Here's my formulas:

I have created a 3X5 label within Access for the shipping department.  
Unfortunately, access seems to think that it is printing to a normal 8.5 x 11
page.  I can not seem to find anyway to change this.
What I need is for a continous feed 3X5 label to be printed.
