I have a report that fills in Death certificate.  It works great.
However, sometimes we receive the death certificate with some of the

I have a database that holds 80 records.  In one of the fields, it can either
hold a number 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5, or the text: N/A.
When I go to create a MS Access report, I want it to calculate how many of
each is recorded out of the 80 entries.  e.g. how many 1’s are entered, how

I have just created an application and have ensured that
the User will only see the Switchboard form. The problem I
noticed is that if the User runs a report by clicking on
the command buttons on the switchboard, I don't see any

In the report detail design I have a field: "remarks"
I set this field as "can chrink" and "can grow".

When I create a graph in Access (2000) it brings up different data at the
design view, and when I do the print preview, then I can see my data?
Does anyone know whats up with that?
Can not open/modify/create reports in 200303 May 2005 18:25 GMT1
Our database is on a network drive and the computers with
Access 2002, SP3 can open/modify/create reports. Also the
icon is different, plain square, on the 2003 machines.
