this must be one of the dumbest questions.  I am printing
a memo field on a report, the print out is limiting the
field to some number of characters (maybe 50, maybe more,
I have not counted).  There is no limit in the format box

I have an existing memo field in a table that contain paragraphs of
text. When I convert this field to an OLE field, the field shows "Long
binary data" in each record and when I click on a record I get the
following error message:

i have a requirement to print one record per page on a perf sheet set up in
4x3 squares.  each square will have different field printed in it.  the
question, doi i start with labels or create a report.  if anybody has any

I have a report that will always be a minimu of two pages.  It groups on
EntityID, with an EntityID group header containing general info.  The detail
section contains a couple paragraphs, then a subreport (with one or several
lines), then considerably more paragraphs.

I defined page number as page footer on Rigth.
It always prints on the rigth of the first column (finally it is like
centered).

I get the following error when I tried to run a report:
"Multi-level GROUP BY clause is not allowed in a subquery."
The report groups the records on a column called HaulerID. The

I have created a report that uses a subreport.  If the detail goes to a
second page the subreport does not print.  The master and child are linked by

I am trying to create a report for a small database that was created for
storing interview comments.  The fields (20 or so) are all Memo and contain
short paragraphs of text from the interviews.  When I create my report and
try to bring in my controls and fields I run out of room ...
