I would like to filter a report in the property box in

I have a report created from a query that has 5 records.  I set the report up
to print in columns, but each record is printing on a separate page.  I know
there is probably a simple reason for this, but I have looked everywhere.

Have newest version of Access.  All labels are printing 9 rows to a page
instead of 10.  Bottom margin is auto set to 0.056, needs to be 0.05.  Help!
