I am using Access 2000 on XP Home SP2.
For the life of me I cannot figure out why I cannot change the bottom margin
of a report in page setup from 2.5" to 1".  When I try it reverts back to
2.5.

How in a report can i add up all the cost of eqach records. I have got a cost
column for each record but i don`t know how to add them up.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi...
I would like to know if it is possible to suppress an individual record on a
report based upon wheter or not a corosponding record exists in a subreport,
OR if a calculated value from the sub report is greater than another value.

Is there any way to format alternate shading of fields in large reports to
make it easier to read?  (something like greenbar paper in mainframe reports)

Is there anything wrong with my Control Source Expression?  How come I got a
result, "1" even though I do not have anything similar when using "Count"
Expression in the table.
=Count([Status]="3")
