I am having a problem totaling the total hours worked. I have a query with a number of fields includes dates and times plus a calculation that calculates the total time (spent on a job). I then use this query on a report and place the Calculated field on the details line.

Access 2003: I am unable to create a report. I continue to get the same error. I have reinstalled office and I still get the same error. If I copy the DB to another PC I have no problem running the report.

I keep getting this message and for the life of me cannot seem to figure out why. I did initially see my footer text way out to the right. But I moved that over appropriately. Now it looks like everything is less that 65 on the ruler and I set my margin widths to .25 inches.

I am not sure how to word this question but I made a query from lists whose values are selected from a combo box. The query has the text values from the combo boxes which is what I want but the report only show the IDs of the text not the text. eg combo box column A has 1, column ...
