   Is it possible to save a report in a pdf format? I know snapshot is the
supported format, but a client wants to use pdf.

I have a report with a number of tables of figures which I have put in boxes
and separated with vertical lines. When I export the report to Word none of
the lines show up. Is there a reason for this and is there anyway around it?

I have a report that is set up to immediately open a form from which you
select your query from a drop list.  Then on the form is a command button
that you click to run the query.
When I open the report the form opens just as I want it.  I can chose from

I have created a field that has an OLE Object.  This object is not linked to
a file because I want the users to modify the content in a form and maintain
the content in Access, rather than maintaining the master document on a file
linked to a share drive.

I am new to Access and need help.  I want to show text equivalents for option
group numerical values when I create a report based on input which returns a
numerical value when option buttons are chosen.  Can someone tell me how to

just cropped up in last few months, when I copy a db to another  computer, or
package for distribution, the default  8 1/2 X 11 paper settings appear on my
4X2 label reports.  Printer set up on other computers correct, and this did
not used to happen.

name, but the caption property has a longer more "user friendly" name for the

I am running Access XP/2002, with a db in Access 2000 format.
I have created a report and am having troubles with the grouping. I am aware
of the "Force New Page", "Before" option.
