Hey, I'm revealing my own stupidity here, but I'm confused right now.
I know how to bring up the MAX value of something in a report. But I wanted
to make a short summary list of the top 5 values in a specific catagory.

On my report I would like to take information from each record in a
group and print it on one line.  Say, from each record I want to print
the name and age of the individual in the record, and the group
contains three records the line should look something like this:

I have a report that displays a users picks in a sports pool. I have a field
called Name another field called Pick and a field called Golfers. Each Player
gets to have 4 golfers for their pick. Right no3w the report looks like this
Name PickNo   Golfer

The reports module in access is dead. I cannot creat reports or view reports.
I click design, preview, nothing happens.  I tried re-installing office and
windows, nothing.
This happens on existing and new databases.  When I use the report wizard,

I need a point to creating a report that takes transactions in one table,
and looks up percents in a second table:
Table1:   Account
             Code

What I have is a report that is listed by Tenant's names. They may have more
than one space so the report looks something like below:
John Smith    891    1/1/05    1/31/05
John Smith    900    1/1/05    1/31/05

When I am creating a chart Access will only let me put 6 different data sets
