I am having problems with my report and doing a summary.  I will explain
what I have so maybe someone can explain to me what I need to do.

I just upgraded to Access 2003.  Now when I open my Access 2000 databases,
none of my reports work.  Also, if I choose File...Print from the menu,
nothing happens.  I have a network printer installed.  I also have Office
2003 with SP1.

I would like to prevent certain user from printing reports in Access, base on
a value (UserAccess: 1=ok, 0=Noprint), but would like to let the user see the
reports in print preview in all case, is there a way to do that???  I cant
find any event that triggers when you use the ...

I am working on Invoice type report. When add a text box to show the
subtotal> =sum([extend]) get err in display
like #Err
Question:

I want to print a 2 column report on 8 1/2 x 11 paper, but be able to
photocopy double sided.  Is the best way to just print one column and use the
blank 1/2 of the paper as scrap?
Also, how can I number the pages on a column report.

I'm using Access 97 and I want to create an Access report on a
table that has the following table & fields:
tblTapes

I am working on the Report Cards for my section and I would like to add a
field that Ranks them YTD based on their YTD Rating.  For example, you are "5
out of 13"  Any suggestions?

I'm working on a report.  The field is Member Type and is text.  I've put
   =IIf ([Member Type]="Associate","Associate"," ")
in the control source for the text box titled Member Type.  I'm getting an
error for each record.
