Hi,
I am trying to produce a chart for a report.
My Y axis is the amount, the X axis is the quarter (of a year) Q1, Q2 etc.
However, I also have a Year field. Ideally I want to include the Year and the
Currency in the middle of a sentence17 Dec 2004 14:25 GMT2
There has got to be some way to make currency formating show up in  a
sentence, either with a query or with coding in a text box.  
"The total amount awarded for " & '[ProjectName]' & " was " & [TotalAwd] & "."
What am I doing wrong?

How do I "copy" the report from the backup to my current version ?

I have created a report in Access 2003 that looks on the screen exactly as I
want it to look.  However, when I try and export as a .rtf file it drops all

PLEASE, PLEASE PLEASE include in the Help file an exhaustive list of error

On 2 or 3 occasions in the database I'm putting together, I have attempted to
add a field to a report and received the error message:
"The specified field 'Name of field' could refer to more than one table
listed in the FROM statement of your SQL statement".
