I need to get the date that only resides on a report(not in a query) and have it on a report for the date that the Invoice(report) is FIRST PRINTED. If the invoice is pulled back up on a future date I need that same date to be on the invoice.

I have a pie chart whose data is based on a yes/no field. The legend displays "0" and "-1" for yes/no, obviously. Is there a way to change the legend labels so that they are more meaningful to my end user who won't know what -1 and 0 mean?

I have access set up to print invoices which I then post to customers. I then have to startup Word to print envelopes. Is it possible to setup Access to print an envelope after I print the invoice. I have a separate printer that I use to print envelopes.
