I tried to create user security level in access 2003.
for some reason, one of our administrator cannot access
reports in database. Everyone else on the network can
access them.

If you have a text box in a report, can you use an "if"
statement in "do while" loop to look at the record source
for a certain character and if the character is found
change the format for only that character to BOLD?

Is there any reason why this formula wouldn't work?
=(nz([sumw])+([sumo])+([sumf])+([sumh]))
It works for all values of sumw, sumo, sumf, but not for sumh.  
sumw is the sum of all records in a table where a field = w

i want to produce a sort of summary report from a table, so that if a field

Let me start by saying thanks for all the info I've
gotten from the newsgroups. You all are first rate. This
is actually the first time I've had to post a question,
as I can usually search out the answer.

I just built a report and it access only 44 records. However, it opens and
displays 3,225. This is very strange. I cycled through the first 44 records
and then to my surprise the report came back to the first record again. The
report is cycling through all 44 records.
