I have a backend/frontend environment on a LAN with speed of 100MBps. I now want to replicate the be so I can put a replica on a laptop that will be connected to the LAN but will be taken offline and into the field to enter data and then brought back into the office at the end

All of a sudden, one of my remote computers won't load the synchronizer or the RepMan. I get the error that the "Replication Manager can't initialize the Microsoft Jet database engine, possibly because the VBA libraries can't be loaded."
