I added a new field to obne of my tables in the Design folder and then
synchronized to my Hub.  But when I opened my Hub I found it had a replica of
the old data in the Design with 200 projects missing.   Now if one of the
users synchronizes out to the Hub they lose 200 projects.  ...

We use a split database and the backend is replciated.  We have a design
master and three replicas.  One of the replicas is used as a working hub.
We use direct synchronization through the Access 2003 UI when users are
connected to the lan.

I am hoping someone can help me.  I have a couple of Access 2002
databases that I have been using for sometime.  They are replicated
databases and they have always worked just fine.  Lately they have
become extremely slow so I have re-created them and they work just fine
