I am using replication for the first time. I am not the person who will be administering the database after it's in place, as I am not even in the same state as the person who will "own" this database. I guess what I'd like to know is if my plan makes sense:

Access 2000 database file needs to be portable for field personnel and synchronize with corporate db on a shared network drive. Here's my plan - will it work? Keep in mind the need for a SIMPLE plan for non-technical users.
