How to count synchronization errors26 Feb 2004 17:04 GMT1
I have an Access 97 front end which synchronizes two unmanaged,
back-end replicas by clicking a command button.  After the
synchronization is complete, the command button's click event code
checks the two replicas for conflicts and errors using methods

Synchronizer Only Starts When Logged On to Server24 Feb 2004 13:38 GMT4
By reviewing Synchronization History, I discovered that remote user indirect
synchronizations failed most attempts, but succeeded while I was logged on
to the server. It seems obvious now that since we don't leave our server
with an account logged on, and Microsoft Synchronizer is ...

Since converting our tables-only backend to a replicated database, (the

Cannot open any more tables, when using the front ends. The only changes to
the front ends were the table links. Recordsets are explicitly ...

to occur? I seem to remember reading about that somewhere, but can't find it

How do I manage a partial replica farm?23 Feb 2004 10:03 GMT13
I think I understand the concepts of a replica farm and an empty full
replica.
I have even written a pretty cool utility to create an Empty Full replica at
the same time that the Design Master is created from an unreplicated
time field exported to text21 Feb 2004 19:40 GMT1
When a date/time field, that only hold a time value, is
exported to text, the date December 30, 1899 is appended
