Ok, i've inherited a nightmare.  Access 2000 database was setup for
replication in a office.  Bozo creates a new design master from that
database and starts another person using a different database.
is there any way to merge the two different design masters.  all the tables

When I did a Compact (& therefore Repair) it turned into a

On a system that has an Access 2000 database using security workgroup file
on a network share is a Design Master, which is based on Jet replication.
The client pc's have a replica copy of the database made from the design
master and use direct JRO replication.

You absoletely dont try to copy and paste your whole
column data between different table
in access.
This bug let me have to redo my two weeks' jobs.
