These three functions, Format, Left, and Right, are built-in functions. Why I can't use them in building expressions. The error message is "Undefined Format function is in query". Need help here! Many thanks in advance for any help!

Okay, here's the situation. I was getting no value on my expression for averaging 52 separate fields. With the help of everyone here, I figured out the problem. If one of the fields in the equation is null, it won't perform the query.

I need to set up a query that will give me a result set that lists results on multiple rows depending on the value of a field [row#] ex. If [row#] is 3, then I need the other information that I am running the query for to show up 3 times on different rows in the results.
