I haev an Access DB 2002 that is running on a shared network drive. There are many occasions where the user will exit the database (and Access program as a whole), yet there appears to be an instance of Access still running on the user's machine.

I define a field, in a table, as Number, with 2 decmial positions. when I apply data to the field it rounds the entry up. Example, I enter 37.5 and the field displays 38. I even have tried creating a new database with one table and one field and the error still occurs.
