Will A97 run in an Windows 2003 network environment? Our IT network people try to tell me that the A97 databases need to be converted to A2000 because of a possible move to Windows 2003 from NT4. Is there something to it? I would prefer to upgrade to at least A2002 (XP) and not to ...

I have a 5 year old Database which has 7 teams. All staff is assigned to one of these 7 teams. I have 7 Supervisor. Management now wants to limit each Supervisor to view only their team's Data. There are about 25 Tables and 50 Quieres.

I use AccessXP,ADO to access JET database. 1) Could anyone please explain Why the statement : CNN.Mode = adModeShareExclusive + adModeReadWrite does not prevent others from open the same table while the same statement without adModeReadWrite can prevent ?
