can anyone give me a tip how to divide this table into 2 parts,

When at work I run a macro in access to export 2 data files and save to
network and then launch a 3rd file( all in excel.)  I then run a excel macro
to get data files 1&2 and paste into file 3. then with the use of vlooksup ,

I have button in a form that runs a macro that saves a report as an excel
spreadsheet.  I would like to add the date and time at the end in the file
name when it saves, this way it won't overwrite the existing file so the user
can compare the results of the 2 files.

     I want to create a macro that copy a existing query, for the
"new Name" part I dont want a fixed name. I want it pops up a dialog
