I want to have a switcboard option for backing up a database. I'm trying a macro with the the runCommand 'backup' action. I get the following error when I run the macro. The command or action 'Backup' isn't available now.

i was trying to output my report into the server's folder. apparently, there seems to be an error everytime i tried to output the report into .RTF format. the error message as stated below: Microsoft Office Access cant save the output file to the file you've selected.
