I want to have a switcboard option for backing up a database. I'm trying a
macro with the the runCommand 'backup' action. I get the following error when
I run the macro.
The command or action 'Backup' isn't available now.

  i was trying to output my report into the server's folder. apparently,
there seems to be an error everytime i tried to output the report into .RTF
format. the error message as stated below:

I am trying to write a macro that will update a table tracking when a
database has been refreshed with new data.   In other words, would like to at
the current date/time in a field titled "update".
