How can I get a 2010 attendance tracker?

in my office, the IT Dept. changed an old computer with a new one and
since then all the MS Access Databases do not open and run.
In these databases some tables are linked each other and I am in a
condition to have a lot of useless data.

I have succeeded in using Albert D Kallal ' s brilliant code to control a
Ribbon on a form.
The only problem I cannot solve is how to make some buttons invisible when
the form loads.
