I am trying to print individual records from an access form

I have set a form up for information in a table.  However the form will only
display the record being input and not past entries.  Allow edits is set to
yes and data entry is set to no.

I have a data base that looks like this in access:
emp#   Date      Time       In or out
Obviously multiple records for each employee, on each date
I would like to somehow import the data into excel though, so it looks

Based on queries  I have several reports that need to be printed based on a
record in a table.  How do I select one record and print the related reports.
There are 4 tables and 7 queries that generate reports. Thank you

I have a database that comes in from our website. The first fields are TYPE,
DATE and TRAN. Each time the date alters, I would like to restart the TRAN
at 1, and increment it until the date changes - then start at 1 again.

Is there any way that one can set 2007 so that it displays the old standard
tool bar in addition to the new ribbon. I am an occasional user and am too
old to learn this new system on the first day. I would like to have both for

I need help to organize contacts and only business contacts in access! I know
how to put them in there but I want to sort contacts primarily by states and
then if nec. by counties within the same file!

I have a database with a table of 1,123 records that I need to change in a
hurry! The problem is I do not know how to do it.... For example there are 2
fields that are numerical and formatted buy currency 1 record reads 400 and
the other reads 400, but I need to double the amount ...

I move some values from a form to another one.
For example on form A I have an item number listed that is pulled from an
item master via a combo box.  For example if the item number is 1235-A the
value that appears on the new form will be 1537.
