I am very new to Access. I am setting up a database to track customers who

I put "In-Service Date" without the " " in the criteria box and I got the

I'm trying to give my co-worker access to our database via his own password.  
I did it for me, but I think I lucked into it.  Do I have to actually go to
his machine and give assign him a logon?  Or, can I do this from my machine?

i have inherited an MDB that gives me a "Visual Basic for Applications
