I use Access and have a table with books entered for our library. I
have another database with the ID number of each student.  I have a
third database which is called Book Status.  When a student takes out
a book, I scan the barcode of the book in and the barcode from the

When an asset is assigned to an employee, that employee's information is
filled out on the form.  When the asset is no longer assigned to an
employee, I would like to check a checkbox name Unassigned, which would

How, or what is the simplest method of backing up and restoring a back end
