I have a text box in a form called "tracking database" and another called "document hyperlink", how do I design a form so that when tracking database is set to "no" document hyperlink is invisible and when tracking database is set to yes it is visible?

I insert the Microsoft Office 2003 Editons CD; and then nothing happens. There is supposed to be a help button or setup dialog. But nothing. I have tried reinserting the CD but still nothing. Please, please help, I'm not too swift w/computers anyway.
