when I finish with my documents, I can not save them to "my Documents" as the office xp gives me a error message "program not responding" or "save as is not responding". I also can not import pictures into my documents for the same reasons. Publisher has the same problems,

When I click on new under file, I can't click on contact as it isn' bold, the only ones I can click on are navigation pane shortcut and internet fax. Do you know why that is?
