i upgraded to office 2003; am now trying to open ACCESS database information stored in 2001 with office 97 Access? why not? or how can open past data? thanks MJ

In Outlook 3, my wireless laptop has to open Outlook twice to get through.The message reads "set of folders could not be opened, server not available" If I close out and re-open Outlook it goes directly to Outlook. Can I get rid of thhis pesky problem?
