I have been given the assignment at my office to create a library for various
articles, mostly in .pdf format.  Storage is not the problem, but I would
like to create a database that would allow me (or perhaps others) to search

Is it possible to copy Data into access directly such as this

New to Access. Need to create forms. When I log onto Access, I do not see
where the database is to create forms.

i want to usse my list of stucents to make a list.  they are in a spreadsheet
with first names in one column and second names in another.
i try to do this from a data base also and can't get it to work. my old 3.0
did a great job with this.

Although all users have Access 2002, my database now says (Access 2000 file
format) at the top of the database window when opened on any PC.  Anyone know
what I can do to convert it back to 2002 format please?

My access db relies on information that first must be reformatted using
Excel.  On my Add New Record form, I want to link to this Excel spreadsheet
using a command button.  How do I specifiy the specific spreadsheet to be

Hello I have a table in which there is a field LNAME in which last names
have been entered with capitol letters. For example: SMITH.
I want to change them to small letters except the first one, so it will
become:  Smith

I run Win2k with Access 2k. I have posted this question a couple of times
