I have created (almost finished) my database. I have a table called Users which holds Full name, email address, user id, phone, manager and analyst. The manager and analyst are checkbox (boolean) fields which indicate if that user is a manager or analyst.

I have merged data from an Excel spreadsheet into Access, but there is only one field for "NAME" and it is in this format: LAST,FIRST. How can I get Access to convert the data within that field to FIRST LAST?

A small annoyance this morning that my users are reporting, when they're entering info re the lettering in an Act, in this case when we're entering a "c", the letter and parentheses are converted to the copyright symbol. Is there a way to prevent A2K from doing this?

I'm using three different tables from MS Query but I can't seem to merge them. When I first tried to import them into access it wouldn't allow me to add them to the same file - even though they have the same fields. is there a way to merge separate tables in access?
