Hi. I am a new access user. I actually posted my query already but I couldn't
find it anymore. Anyway, I hope someone can help me.  I have only a month to
work on this project and I don't know if it's too much work for a new user.

For example; I have a list box that has Mr., Mrs., Ms., and Miss in it.  When
entering data I want to be able to hit "m" and have it go to Mr. (Which it
does).  What I can't get it to do is when I hit "m" twice (mm) have it go to
Mrs.  When I hit "m" 3 times (mmm) have it go to ...

I have created (almost finished) my database. I have a table called
Users which holds Full name, email address, user id, phone, manager and
analyst. The manager and analyst are checkbox (boolean) fields which
indicate if that user is a manager or analyst.

How is to apply a different Id for each field in the database for many tables ?

I have merged data from an Excel spreadsheet into Access, but there is only
one field for "NAME" and it is in this format: LAST,FIRST. How can I get
Access to convert the data within that field to FIRST LAST?

A small annoyance this morning that my users are reporting, when they're
entering info re the lettering in an Act, in this case when we're entering a
"c", the letter and parentheses are converted to the copyright symbol.  Is
there a way to prevent A2K from doing this?

I'm creating a database to store weather data.  The data is organized in a
table by Date, Station Name, MaxT, MinT and Rain.
The Reports for the data are grouped by StationName and then by Date-by-Month.
For example, I have 3 stations and four months of data, therefore I have 12

I have a table of contacts with a field for cards.
I want to use a query to produce a report that will print labels for all the
contacts that have "YES" in the Card Field.
How do I set the query criteria to list only the contacts that have "Yes"

I tried to build an SQL statement from 2 Queries.  I keep getting a
