I'm a brand new user & have inherited an Access database.  I am exporting
some information from Access to Excel & would like to keep the same Excel
format.  I guess you would call it automated formatting???
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

When opening a newly built database, the program responds with the following
message; "data sheet not updatable."  Is this due to the space available on
the drive or a formatting that needs to be applied in the security section?

I am trying to graph results of a query.
There are 3 fields in the query:
1. date (allows me to select a record range)
2. categories of a certain event (coming from a category table)

i have searched the previous posts and cannot find anything that answers my
question.
i have an invoicing facility in my database i would like to know how to
query it to give me people who are within 45 days of starting a course

I am new to Access.  I created a select query for my database to see how it
would run....it ran fine.  However, I created this query as a trial run and

This is more of a niggle than a problem
when i create buttons on a form using the wizard i often find that when i
position them on the form they do not look right,
e.g if i try to stack the buttons they do not line up correctly and overlap

In the OPEN database list there are empty (old, unused databases).
These DB's do not have any objects, and I would like them removed from the
display

what is the maximum length of file path in Windows XP? Is it greater than
256 symbols, now? And if it's really so, have save file path in Access's
fields.
